Instructions to Make an Online Appointment Using Appointment Quest
Self-scheduling can be difficult the first time you try it, so here is the process in print. If you just want to give it a go, then Make an Appointment.
- From the Village Family Clinic Appointment Quest page, you can either select the appointment you want or select the Login tab from the bar just under the logo.
If you would like to be a patient at the Village Family Clinic, you will need to email us to be put on our wait list. We will then set you up with your initial appointment.
