I am off to the AANP conference in Las Vegas on June 21 to June 26.  The lovely Lisa Garcia is coming back to see patients on W – Th – F so I don’t have to worry about all of you!

I have the opportunity to teach other nurse practitioners from around the country about Ideal Medical Practices and about opening a NP lead clinic.  The health care community is looking to NPs to fill the gap in primary care as millions of people will be acquiring health insurance.  The Secretary of U.S. Health and Human Services, Katherine Sebelius, is our keynote speaker at the conference, and over 3000 NPs are expected to attend.
