Make a payment

You may pay your bill online through our Updox portal. You do not need to sign in to the portal to make payment.

Payments are due within 30 days of receiving your bill. Late payments are subject to a $30 service charge.

Please pay your co-pay and any outstanding balance online before your visit. Click the link below - enter the amount due and your contact info. A secure, one-time payment link will be generated and sent to your e-mail. 

Account balances: All account balances must be cleared in full, prior to scheduling an appointment. Co-pays are due at time-of-service.

Insurance billing: As a courtesy to the patient, VFC will bill your insurance for your visit. You are responsible for knowing your benefits in advance and if certain services are covered by your insurance.

No shows/cancellations: We do not charge a fee for your first missed appointment. If you miss two visits, we will charge a $50 no-show fee.
