Insurance Reimbursement

We’re happy to provide a superbill at the time of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Please note that we are an out-of-network provider, and it is the patient’s responsibility to verify any out-of-network benefits and coverage directly with their insurance plan. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, many plans do accept superbills for partial reimbursement.

Your insurance plan may also have a plan-specific claim form they prefer you to use; however, superbills are accepted by most standard plans for reimbursement. In many cases, it may be easiest to submit your superbill through your insurance provider’s online member portal for faster processing.
